Information we collect
Merchant and account information
We may collect business name, contact details, shop or merchant identifiers, staff account information, configuration preferences and support communications.
Restaurant operations data
Depending on merchant configuration and granted permissions, the service may process menu items, categories, modifiers, prices, availability, table identifiers, orders, order status, employee identifiers and audit events.
Guest ordering data
We may process table selections, menu choices, modifiers, cart contents, order notes and order status. A merchant may configure optional guest contact fields. Merchants are responsible for providing any additional notices required for their use of guest data.
Payment information
RES Table Ordering does not publish or store full payment-card numbers on this website. Payments may be handled by Clover or another merchant-selected payment provider. Those providers process payment information under their own privacy policies and security requirements. We may retain transaction references, status, tender type, amount and reconciliation records needed to operate and support the service.
Technical information
We may collect IP address, device model, operating-system version, browser type, application version, timestamps, diagnostic logs, security events and usage information needed to operate, protect and improve the service.
How we use information
- Provide guest ordering, staff, kitchen, status and administrative functions.
- Synchronize merchant-approved Clover inventory and order information.
- Route eligible payment requests to merchant-configured providers.
- Authenticate users, enforce permissions and prevent misuse.

Clover data
Access to Clover information is limited to permissions approved by the merchant and authorized through Clover. RES Table Ordering requests only the permissions required for enabled features. Merchants can revoke access through applicable Clover account controls or by uninstalling/disconnecting the application.
Sharing
We may share information with the merchant operating the restaurant; Clover and merchant-selected payment providers; infrastructure, hosting, monitoring and support vendors acting for us; professional advisers; and government authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, accounting, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and merchant configuration. Merchants may request deletion or export of eligible data by contacting support.
Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, managed secrets, audit logging and least-privilege service access. No system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on location, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or to object to certain processing. Requests may require identity verification and may be directed to the restaurant merchant when the merchant controls the information.
Children
The service is intended for restaurant operations and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this corporate website.
